I'm doing a schematic for a multi-stage glycol cooling/dehumidifying system, and hoping I can get a parts list and written operating description all lined up with cut sheets to finish a submittal document revision. KILL ME

Well, there's a facility "chilled water" connection providing 42 GPM of 35% glycol to a conditioning unit. 30GPM cools a preconditioning coil, and 12GPM is used by a dual refrigeration circuit (parallel) that uses one dual-circuit brazed-plate heat exchanger as a condenser and another one as an evaporator, which chills a second closed loop glycol circuit - the main refrigeration coil. Then, after lowering the temp to condense moisture out (dehumidify), the airstream is reheated by passing over a *third* glycol coil, which recirculates some of the waste from the first 42 GPM. Then, the process air is remixed with bypass air and goes into final heat with an electric heater to return to correct temperature.

So, describing that, drawing a schematic for that, and combining that with information sheets on all the mechanical bits used and a parts list, in a big honking pdf to give the customer to say "this is what you have, juggins". THRILLING
